In Ayurvedic medicine, doshas are referred to as biological energies. These are found throughout the human body and govern all your mental and physical processes, playing a part in your mood and energy levels.

These foundational energies are derived from the five elements and their associated properties. Vata is linked to the qualities of air and space, while Pitta reflects fire and water. Kapha represents an essential energy with qualities related to earth and water.

Mindfully created these candles have been handcrafted to balance our dominant dosha and bring harmony to our well being. Made from natural coconut and soy wax, blended with essential and botanical oils, ensuring a clean and even burn that can last for up to 35 hours.

How to use

Remove the dust cover and let the candle burn for at least 2 hours the first time until the top layer melts into a pool of wax.

After the first use, burning time can range from 1 - 2 hours. Always allow the top layer of wax to fully melt before extinguishing.

Trim the wick before the next use as this will ensure and even burn and consistent scent throw.

Candles can be used to create a sacred space for yoga, massage, meditation and self-care rituals, restoring a sense of balance within.
